Incredible service! When I had trouble sleeping, the hotel staff not only helped me but even went out of their way to buy medication for me at 1 am. The rooms were clean, quiet, and beautifully designed. The food was also amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was perfectly located in the heart of the city, close to everything around. The Terrace Restaurant provided a stunning view of the square below, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The room itself was beautiful, with all the necessary amenities and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious and well-maintained, featuring an excellent shower. The service was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. In the morning, the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options.

Luxurious and exclusive stay. Staying at this hotel was a truly luxurious experience. The exclusive amenities, such as the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Spa & wellness centre were outstanding. The live entertainment and casino added an extra touch of glamour to our stay. The courteous and professional staff were always on hand to provide excellent service. The packed lunches and special diet menu options were a welcome addition to our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the city.

Minor issue. The only minor issue we encountered was the room service breakfast, which arrived slightly later than expected.

This luxury hotel gave me a fantastic New Year experience. The breakfast buffet is definitely one of the best I’ve ever had, the overhead rainfall shower is a special mention and the location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of the city.

The only inconvenience was the wiring in my room. I found it difficult to use the individual reading lights in bed as they turned on and off with the bedside light.
