I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was amazing, just a minute away from the bustling Southbank, surrounded by restaurants. The famous Globe theatre was right there, and it was just a 5-minute stroll to Borough Market and the tube. Additionally, it was only a 10-minute walk to London Bridge overground, which provided direct links to Gatwick and other destinations. The convenience of the hotel's location made exploring the city so much easier and enjoyable.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Convenient location, spacious and well-equipped room. Friendly staff, especially the dark-skinned lady who went above and beyond. Clean and comfortable with a homelike atmosphere. Perfect check-in experience. a great place to stay.

We loved the well-designed mini kitchens in the studio apartments, complete with real milk in the fridge for our morning tea. The location was fantastic, just a 5-minute stroll to the Globe, and surrounded by plenty of pubs and restaurants. We were also thrilled to be near Borough Market, which was great for eating, and close to other attractions like the Tower, Tower Bridge, Shard. The hotel staff were friendly and directed us to our destinations, even ordering a taxi for us when needed. a very welcoming and safe place to stay.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet area but still very close to the center. The room was equipped with everything I needed, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the room service was top-notch. The amenities were superb, with a dining table, soundproofed rooms, a hairdryer, and free toiletries. I also loved having a washing machine, refrigerator, and microwave in the kitchenette. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We stayed here for my fiancée's birthday and it was perfect for those keeping budget. The location was great and the room was well appointed. We had cooking facilities and the bedroom and bathroom were very high spec. The room was excellent value and the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. We look forward to staying again. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was excellent for those working near Bank station. There were also lots of restaurants around. The pantry with free food stuff was a lovely and unique touch. The heating and water pressure in the apartment were good. The facilities were great and the staff were very helpful. Beyond our expectation, the lounge was relaxing and filled with snacks and complimentary items for breakfast. The room was clean and spacious, with kitchenware for cooking and a washing machine for long stays.

The apartment itself felt like a home away from home, with gorgeous clean decor and all the amenities I needed, including a kitchenette and washing machine. The staff was exceptionally warm and accommodating, especially the manager who was present on one occasion. I loved it here and will definitely be returning!

I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends. The only thing that could have improved my experience is if the people at the front desk had engaged in more conversation when I checked in.

However, the staff at Native Bankside were incredibly understanding and responsive to our concerns. They promptly showed us other available rooms and went above and beyond to accommodate our preferences. In the end, we were upgraded to a beautiful suite with a stunning view of the surrounding area. The customer service provided by Ayesha and Adelina was top-notch and truly made our trip memorable. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, right in the heart of Bankside/Borough market, and the building itself was stunning. The rooms, despite the initial mix-up, were well-sized and comfortable.

There were a couple of drawbacks to our stay. due to ongoing construction work nearby, there was constant noise in the mornings from slamming doors and the construction site.

Great location near shops, museums, and theaters. Close to the river bus stop and train station. the mini-apartment was well presented and had a very comfortable bed. Enjoyed the shared facilities, especially being able to have a cereal breakfast before heading out.

The skylight blind didn't open enough, and it would have been easier if there was an electric kettle for making coffee in the room. Also, offering decaf coffee would have been nice.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, situated on a quiet street down the south bank, but still close enough to the centre of the city. It's really close to the Borough market, which was a great place to explore. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a clean and well-equipped room that had a small kitchen area. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing great customer service throughout my stay.

The free milk, coffee, tea, and other condiments were much appreciated.

The staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. We also appreciated the additional provisions in the kitchen, such as real milk, cereal, and fruit. Native Bankside had great facilities and amenities, making it perfect for both long-term stays and weekend breaks. We would highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again in the future.
