The room was comfortable with a great view, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and made with locally sourced ingredients. I also appreciated the attention to detail with complimentary toiletries and loan umbrellas available. I highly recommend this hidden gem in a peaceful and convenient location by the lake.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming and cozy cottage. The location couldn't have been better, right across from the Jetty Museum and bus stop. The hosts, Adrian, Heather, and Hamish the dog, were incredibly hospitable and even offered advice on hiking routes. The room had a lovely view of Windermere, and the breakfast options were delicious, including homemade jams and marmalade. We also enjoyed the small waterfall in the garden. a superb experience.

The location was great, close to the lake and we had a waterfall nearby, which was amazing! the hosts were really welcoming and friendly, providing us with hot drinks and biscuits in our room, and even letting us borrow umbrellas and chairs for the beach. A cozy and clean room made us feel comfortable.

The Christmas experience wasn't as we expected, we had to pay extra for a meal which was just okay, not great. We also had to pay for some services that we assumed were included, which was a disappointment.
