This place is in a wonderful location as it is close to a shopping centre where you can find everything you need. The room amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a balcony were great. In addition, the staff and onsite manager were very helpful and friendly.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Great location, walkable from Southern Cross station. Close to tram stops. Near South Melbourne markets. Ground level suite, clean and comfortable.

The location of the hotel was great, very close to the South Melbourne Market and two supermarkets. It was convenient to find restaurants and cafes nearby, possibly in a nearby alleyway. Additionally, the hotel had a huge living space with a great verandah, providing a comfortable and spacious atmosphere for guests.

The bathroom was poorly designed, with a small sink and no vanity bench space. It was inconvenient to have nowhere to place toiletries and hairdryer, resulting in having to put them in the wet sink or on the floor.

Close to South Melbourne Market and trams. Well appointed with a large, clean and comfortable room. Short walk to convention center and shrine, with easy access to CBD. Lots of eateries and shops nearby. Great wifi and power points, plus laundry facilities.

We had a fantastic time at our recent stay at Melbourne City Apartments - Teri. The location was perfect, with easy access to the South Melbourne Market and a short walk to brunch spots and bars. The apartment itself was spacious and beautifully furnished, providing us with our own bedrooms and plenty of facilities. We especially appreciated having a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer for our convenience. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we had a good night's sleep throughout our stay. The apartment was also well-equipped with power points to charge our devices and a coffee machine that made great coffee. We were impressed by the cleanliness and overall condition of the apartment. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, such as a lack of wifi and some noise from the loading dock, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the apartment. we would definitely recommend Melbourne City Apartments - Teri for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Melbourne.

Loved staying here! the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi were both fantastic bonuses. the location also couldn't be better, with amazing views and everything you could possibly need within walking distance. the apartment had all the amenities we wanted and the staff were helpful when we had questions.

We did have some issues with the cleanliness of the apartment. the floors could have been swept better and some surfaces were a bit dusty.

I recently stayed at the City Apartments - Teri for a short stay and it exceeded my expectations. The studios were conveniently located on the ground floor, making access quick and easy. The property also had ramps, making it accessible for those with mobility issues. I loved that it was opposite Aldi and had a shopping complex with specialty shops and a Woolworths nearby. The kitchen, bedroom, and dining area were all in one spacious and well-appointed room, which was perfect for my needs. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with great beds and linen. The location was fantastic, with the South Melbourne Markets and the river within walking distance.
