We had a great stay at this lovely bed and breakfast. The Bedroom was small but well-equipped, immaculate, and had a lovely bathroom. The hosts were friendly and made us feel at home. The breakfast was excellent and the outside patio was a nice place to enjoy a takeaway dinner. The location is convenient for exploring the town of Alford and the Lincolnshire coast. We would definitely stay here again.

Finding the bed and breakfast was not obvious.

The beds were beautifully clean and well presented, and the jovial host made us feel extremely welcome. the breakfast was fantastic, with fresh and locally sourced produce. the room we stayed in was neat and clean, and we were delighted to be given a ground floor room as requested. the off-road parking provided plenty of space for our car.

Despite the overall positive experience, the beds in our room were quite old and dipped near the edge. We had to put a pillow near the outside edge to prevent ourselves from rolling out during the night.

We highly recommend Anchor House Bed & Breakfast and will definitely stay there again on our next adventure to Lincolnshire.

We only booked for one night as we were attending a funeral the following day. The recently renovated rooms at Anchor House are stunning, with brand new carpets, a beautiful bathroom, and a lovely and comfy bed. The owners, Paul and Nicola, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. The dining room had everything we needed and the full English breakfast was cooked to perfection. Anchor House is a superb high-class B&B that we highly recommend.

The room at Anchor House was cosy and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a good night's sleep. The breakfast selection was amazing, although a few more pastry choices would have made it perfect. The owner, Mike, was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We will definitely be back! a great little find in a lovely location!
