The staff at this family-run hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay as business travelers a pleasant one. The hotel had a cozy, intimate atmosphere, and the staff made an effort to know each guest personally. We appreciated this personal touch and felt well taken care of.

I recently stayed at No12 in North Berwick for a few nights. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The cooked food was served hot and everything was presented beautifully. The shower in my room was superb, and I had a fantastic view of the Firth of Forth and Bass Rock. The hotel's central location was perfect, as I was able to walk to the harbour, beach, The Lodge Park, and the main shopping area. I parked my car upon arrival and didn't need to move it until I left, as everything was within walking distance. This family-run hotel is always my first choice whenever I visit.

Located in the centre of town near the beaches and harbour, this B&B offers comfortable and clean accommodation. The friendly and efficient staff make check-in a breeze, and the rooms are roomy with comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. The breakfast is freshly cooked and served in their Signals restaurant, which is highly recommended by locals. With a great location and all the necessary facilities, this place is perfect for a relaxing stay in this charming coastal town.

I also enjoyed dining at the Signals restaurant, where I found good food at a reasonable price. the hotel was patient with me when I accidentally took the keys with me! the room was friendly and comfortable, with excellent bathroom facilities. the hotel's bistro had a buzzing atmosphere, and it was just a short walk to the beach and a range of shops.

The bedroom was spacious and filled with natural light, with a luxurious and comfortable king-sized bed. Ample storage space was available. The room provided tea, coffee, water, and glasses, and the toiletries and towels were of high quality. The shower mixer was fantastic. The bistro served excellent food, and the staff were attentive. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the nearby harbor, bars, and restaurants. The rear of the hotel offered ample parking, perfect for guests traveling on motorcycles.

We had a romantic escape at this hotel and there were a few things that we really enjoyed. the room was lovely and clean, with a comfortable bed. the ensuite bathroom was also excellent, with a powerful shower. the hotel's location was fantastic. It was just a short walk away from the seafront and the town center, making it easy to explore the area.

There were a couple of aspects that we didn't like. the restaurant closed quite early in the evening, so we had to find somewhere else to eat for dinner.

Absolutely loved the location, just a stone's throw away from the beach and shops. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was cosy and clean. the powerful shower was a definite plus. the best thing was having the bistro next door, offering a great breakfast with a proper coffee, not horrible weak hotel coffee. Really enjoyed the food there too, it was delicious!

The room could have had more comfortable armchairs and it was on the top floor so there were a lot of stairs to climb. the room only had one bedside lamp and table, which could have been improved with an extra one on the other side.

Booked bed and breakfast for the Festival by the Sea. Excellent food and service at No12's bistro. Helpful and friendly staff. Bonus parking behind the property. Spotless room with a lovely view. Convenient Italian restaurant next door. Easy to find with a car park. Big room and comfortable beds. Will be back.

Stayed at No12 for a weekend getaway. Great central location for exploring the town and beach. Delicious dinner in the bistro and drinks in the Med-like beer garden. Clean and quiet rooms. Polite and helpful young staff throughout the hotel. Will definitely be back. Good breakfast and big comfortable bed.
