I recently stayed at No12 in North Berwick for a few nights. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The cooked food was served hot and everything was presented beautifully. The shower in my room was superb, and I had a fantastic view of the Firth of Forth and Bass Rock. The hotel's central location was perfect, as I was able to walk to the harbour, beach, The Lodge Park, and the main shopping area. I parked my car upon arrival and didn't need to move it until I left, as everything was within walking distance. This family-run hotel is always my first choice whenever I visit.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Located in the centre of town near the beaches and harbour, this B&B offers comfortable and clean accommodation. The friendly and efficient staff make check-in a breeze, and the rooms are roomy with comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. The breakfast is freshly cooked and served in their Signals restaurant, which is highly recommended by locals. With a great location and all the necessary facilities, this place is perfect for a relaxing stay in this charming coastal town.

The Wi-Fi can be a little temperamental at times.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel called No12 in a coastal town. The staff were friendly, efficient, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was comfortable, well-appointed, and had a warm atmosphere. The location was convenient, with easy access to the town and beach. The food at the hotel's restaurant was excellent, with a variety of delicious choices. my stay at No12 Hotel was a wonderful experience.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like. ? ?

No12 Hotel provided a friendly and efficient staff. the freshly cooked breakfast was delicious. I also enjoyed dining at the Signals restaurant, where I found good food at a reasonable price. the hotel was patient with me when I accidentally took the keys with me! the room was friendly and comfortable, with excellent bathroom facilities. the hotel's bistro had a buzzing atmosphere, and it was just a short walk to the beach and a range of shops.

The bedroom was spacious and filled with natural light, with a luxurious and comfortable king-sized bed. Ample storage space was available. The room provided tea, coffee, water, and glasses, and the toiletries and towels were of high quality. The shower mixer was fantastic. The bistro served excellent food, and the staff were attentive. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the nearby harbor, bars, and restaurants. The rear of the hotel offered ample parking, perfect for guests traveling on motorcycles.

I felt very at home during my stay and had nothing to complain about.

We had a romantic escape at this hotel and there were a few things that we really enjoyed. the room was lovely and clean, with a comfortable bed. the ensuite bathroom was also excellent, with a powerful shower. the hotel's location was fantastic. It was just a short walk away from the seafront and the town center, making it easy to explore the area.

There were a couple of aspects that we didn't like. the restaurant closed quite early in the evening, so we had to find somewhere else to eat for dinner.

Absolutely loved the location, just a stone's throw away from the beach and shops. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was cosy and clean. the powerful shower was a definite plus. the best thing was having the bistro next door, offering a great breakfast with a proper coffee, not horrible weak hotel coffee. Really enjoyed the food there too, it was delicious!

The room could have had more comfortable armchairs and it was on the top floor so there were a lot of stairs to climb. the room only had one bedside lamp and table, which could have been improved with an extra one on the other side.
