The rooms were equipped with all the essential amenities, and I particularly appreciated the attention to detail with the two windows providing plenty of natural light. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job of keeping the rooms spotlessly clean. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including toast, and the prices were very reasonable.

great stay at the corner house for a wedding in taunton! staff were helpful, breakfast was superb, and the room was very clean with a comfy bed. loved the additional toiletries and the smooth check-in process. location was perfect too. overall exceeded my previous taunton stay!

steak a bit tough

I had an amazing stay at The Corner House hotel, Taunton. I was on a business trip and stayed for two nights. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even allowing me to check in early without any extra charge. The room had all the necessary facilities and the breakfast was excellent. The location was convenient, within walking distance to the town center and the cricket ground. The bar and restaurant area were really nice and the free wifi was a bonus. The food was delicious, especially the cajun salmon. it was great value for money and I will definitely be staying here again.

Totally recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location was great, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. the bed was comfortable and inviting, perfect for a good night's rest after a busy day of work. the hot shower gave me a refreshing start to the day, just what I needed to get started.

The soundproofing was not very good, and I could hear noise from the hallway. the room was on the small side, but that's to be expected in an old building.
