The location of the hotel was amazing, right in the heart of everything. We were just steps away from Regent Street and a short walk from the vibrant Soho area. Our room had a comfortable sitting room and a well-equipped kitchen, which made it easy for us to work and relax after a long day of sightseeing. The housekeeping staff ensured that the room and bathroom were always clean and tidy.

There was no elevator in the hotel, which made it difficult to carry our luggage up and down the stairs.

Located right in the center of everything you want to be near, this hotel is in an ideal location for exploring the city. You'll find a good cafe for breakfast just next door, making it convenient to start your day off right. The rooms are spacious and some even have balconies, providing a nice view of the city. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, offering helpful and friendly service.

The decor in the rooms may be slightly dated, but it doesn't take away from the overall comfort and convenience of the hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff with well-stocked personal bar. Spacious two-bedroom flat across from a popular department store. Great options for breakfast, shopping, and dining nearby.

The service was impeccable, and the staff at reception were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The hotel's location was perfect, right next to the Oxford Circus tube station and on the corner of Regent Street. This meant that we were near to everything, including shops, restaurants, and all central areas of this city.

Great Xmas stay, really enjoyed my time, oh and the location! You are so close to lots of awesome restaurants and some of the best shopping in the city. And the facilities in my room were amazing, everything you’d want in a luxury hotel: fireplace, tastefully furnished, and amazing views.

The shower was a bit of a letdown. For such a luxury place, one would expect a better shower.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel were beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. The spa and wellness centre offered a range of massages, including full body and foot massages that were truly relaxing. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with exclusive facilities that added to the luxurious experience. We also enjoyed the outdoor dining area and the restaurant, which served delicious meals.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of coffee/tea in the lobby, which would have been a nice touch. However, this was outweighed by the exceptional service and the fantastic location, which was close to many local amenities and attractions.

The hotel was incredibly clean and had a beautiful welcoming perfume throughout the entire building. The location was amazing, being near shopping streets and restaurants, allowing us to easily explore this city. It was also conveniently located near shops, making it perfect for shopping in this city.

I recently stayed at a fantastic aparthotel in London. No.5 Maddox Street Aparthotel provided impeccable service and made my stay extremely comfortable. The spacious room and comfortable bed were great, and I appreciated the complimentary breakfast tray as a lovely touch. The staff at reception were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist with taxi bookings and recommendations for local eateries and attractions. The location of the aparthotel is also amazing, offering easy access to nearby amenities and attractions. Additionally, the cleanliness and tasteful furnishings added to the overall positive experience. I would definitely consider returning in the future.

Great location, clean and modern apartment with all amenities. Helpful and friendly staff. Brickwork issues with the building were quickly resolved. Perfect for Mayfair restaurants and Regent Street shopping. Closest tube station is Oxford Circus. Comfortable bed, Nespresso coffee machine, and REN toiletries provided. Fantastic customer service and a welcoming fragrance throughout the building. Ergon Deli nearby offers delicious breakfast. Mini market across the road.

Wonderful stay with amazing service and location. Our Deluxe room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely kitchen and even a fireplace. Despite some small flaws, like a small bathroom and lack of a lift, No.5 Maddox St is our new go-to place to stay in London. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.
