As young people, we loved the spacious and comfortable executive room with a great range of facilities. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city and enjoying the vibrant nightlife.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location was central and perfect for both shopping and sightseeing. The swimming pool and gym facilities were in good condition and thankfully, weren't overcrowded. The room was clean and spacious, equipped with all necessary amenities including a television and mini-fridge. The staff were incredibly helpful, even managing to get us a fan when our air cooling wasn't working properly.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to shops and Albert Dock. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and was delicious. The staff apologized and acted kindly when the pool was closed due to too much chlorine. Overall I had a pleasant experience and would recommend Novotel.

My recent stay at Novotel was absolutely amazing. I was traveling with my family and we stayed for a few nights. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The spa facilities were top-notch, providing us with a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The highlight of our stay was the unique space-themed room, which kept our 3-year-old entertained with its moon lighting. The room layout was well-planned and the bathroom was spacious. We also enjoyed the delicious and varied breakfast options. The pool was clean and well-organized, and my son had a great time there. We were even provided with vouchers for discounted parking at the nearby Q Car Park. We loved our experience so much that we have already booked our next trip at this wonderful hotel.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city, surrounded by many dining options, and in a newly renovated area. Rooms are cozy and new carpet has been added. The pool is clean and staff are friendly offering free towels to use in the pool area. Breakfast is satisfactory with options to choose from.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate toilet from the bathroom. The cleanliness of the hotel was not impressive, with some mould in the bathroom and sticky residue on the bedside table. the iron in the room leaked, causing damage to clothing.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Liverpool! The rooms were spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The TV was huge and the beds were incredibly comfortable. As youngsters, we loved the cool vibe of the hotel and the fact that there was a big pool to enjoy. The convenient location made it easy for us to explore all the great sights and attractions in the city. We also appreciated having a Tesco Express next door and the train station just a short walk away. we couldn't ask for a better experience!

Nothing it is perfect.

The air conditioning in the room was a lifesaver on hot days. the spaciousness of the room was also a major plus, allowing us to have plenty of storage for our belongings. the hotel's location was perfect, being close to shopping areas and popular tourist spots.

The sofa bed provided for my 12-year-old was incredibly uncomfortable, with the springs poking through the mattress. the room was quite expensive for what we got in terms of comfort and amenities.
