This hotel is in a great location, with easy access to transport links. It is near to the tube station and very close to transport links to London center. The room was lovely and spacious, with a modern decoration. We had a great view from our window which added to our overall experience. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was exceptional, especially if you have an event to go to at the O2. The easy access to the cable car across the Thames made getting around a breeze. I was also impressed with the staff, as they made a massive fuss of my son and even gifted him with some toys and a cuddly toy for his night's stay. The cool glass wall that changed with the push of a button was a unique feature that I absolutely loved. The hotel itself was beautiful, with stunning water views and a natural ambiance. The restaurant served delicious food and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

Our romantic escape was great with complementary champagne and chocolates. the hotel's location was ideal, situated near major attractions and transportation. Stunning views from the room were also a highlight.

Although the shower was great, the bed was somewhat hard and not the most comfortable for a romantic weekend.
