hmm, where to start? the shower was like standing under a drippy faucet, while the carpet looked like it hadn’t seen a vacuum since the 80s. with the pool area left a mess and no one caring to clean it, i certainly expected at least, a complimentary drink for my trouble. could’ve given this a better rating, but just couldn't.

Breakfast team were amazing and accommodating.

During my stay, we faced significant issues with the reception staff. On the first morning, we were told that someone had already checked out from our room, which caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Additionally, every attempt to get a correct invoice at checkout turned into an ordeal that took far longer than it should have, which was incredibly frustrating considering the circumstances we were already dealing with.

The hotel's spot was spot on for a bit of shopping, and the staff were absolute legends. But the air con didn't work, and the toilet situation was a bit dodgy with no sink. Overall, can't fault the warm feel though!

Room was decent, and the breakfast staff were heaps helpful. But the reception experience was confusing as, which took away from the stay. Overall, a mixed bag.

The large rooms were surprisingly exceptional. the swimming pool offered a great way to unwind after a long day. Definitely a noteworthy option for those on a budget!

The indoor swimming pool was a fantastic way to relax after a busy day and the in-room breakfast had so many choices (super love the healthy pancakes! ). The staff were incredibly helpful with my questions extending parking on my last day was a nice touch.

Lack of effective air conditioning needs addressing!!! The separate toilet and bathroom setup feels outdated and impractical!!! Rude staff closer to reception made for an unpleasant experience!!! High parking fees seem exorbitant!!!

The stay was highlighted by excellent breakfast options, with a variety that catered to all tastes, including delicious pasta dishes. The attentive staff made dining an enjoyable experience, especially with their exceptional service during meal times. However, the room was uncomfortably warm, and adjusting the temperature was a challenge, impacting the overall comfort of the stay. Although parking was reasonably priced, the limited availability during peak hours created some inconvenience.

The hotel is super close to Paultons Family Theme Park and the Mayflower Theatre. Plus, we enjoyed the indoor pool and the spacious rooms. Breakfast was on point too. Remember, there's a £10 parking fee now, so be ready for that!

staying at novotel was great! the location was super easy to find, and the indoor heated pool was a nice feature. the staff were really friendly and helped arrange breakfast bags for my grandkids for their early flight, which was a thoughtful touch.
