I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel in the heart of the old shopping centre. The staff were lovely and the beds comfortable. They were also very accommodating with storing our luggage until we were ready to check-in and even after we checked-out. The location was perfect, close to the main attractions and surrounded by amazing restaurants. it was a great place to stay with friendly staff, central location, and comfortable rooms. Highly recommended!

It was a beautiful experience, staying in one of the oldest hotels in a charming passage filled with gorgeous shops and cafes. the room was comfortable and sweetly decorated, and the bathroom felt brand new. the hotel staff was very helpful, particularly in locating forgotten medicine, and the breakfast selections were plentiful. the hotel's central location made it easy for us to walk to major attractions like the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe.

I had the best experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city. The hotel was in the Passage Jouffroy, which added to its charm, and there was a wonderful patisserie nearby. Transportation was a breeze, as the hotel was right next to the metro. The staff was friendly and helpful. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast!

Great location - close to major attractions and the train station. Rooms were comfortable, with a spacious bed and a choice between shower and bath. Staff were friendly and helpful, even allowing us to store some items in the kitchen. A kettle was provided upon request.

The rooms were smaller than expected and not as shown in the website photos. The front desk staff were rude and tried to overcharge us for an extra night.
