The continental breakfast offered a great variety of choices. The highlight for me was the stunning garden, which I can only imagine would be even more wonderful in the summer.

The calming atmosphere and convenient yet quiet location added to the overall wonderful experience. Although the mattress was firm, the comfortable bed and good shower made up for it. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety. Room service was prompt in supplying tea and coffee which should be included as a basic amenity. I highly recommend this charming and stylish hotel.

The toiletries provided in the room were a nice touch, as well as the room service tray that was always on time. the breakfast had a good variety of fresh fruits and the coffee was delicious. the hotel staff were friendly and always ready to assist. the location of the hotel was ideal, being close to a popular square.

Home Away From Home: Best aspects. I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for the 7th time and it truly feels like my second home. The staff goes above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, even allowing my small dog to stay with me. They always try their best to accommodate my request for a private room on a higher floor. The cleanliness of the room is impeccable, with a spotless environment and a very comfortable bed. The location is perfect, being very close to South Kensington Station and surrounded by lovely areas like Fulham and Sloane Square.
