we had a mixed experience at the old inn. while the room was clean and equipped with everything we needed, it was quite noisy due to its location beside the bar. however, we appreciated the convenience of parking and its proximity to local attractions. breakfast offered excellent food, though we were hoping for more local specialties. the staff did their best, but service could be improved, especially during busy times.

We really enjoy exploring the area, especially with Kitty's fantastic recommendations. the location offers lovely walks straight from the door, opposite the harbour, and right next to the trail leading to the waterfalls. the room is cozy and the en suite bathroom is functional, though the shower can be a bit tricky to adjust. the staff is friendly, and the breakfast options are hearty and delicious, making it a great start to our day.

The bar area can become quite loud and boisterous during the evenings.

While the food was decent, it could be more reasonably priced for families.
