We had an amazing time at this stunning Victorian mansion. The decor and furnishings were beautiful, filled with lovely antiques. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. The views from our spacious room were breathtaking. The food at the main restaurant was fantastic, and the sitting rooms and library were perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea or a pre-dinner drink. a wonderful experience in a truly exclusive setting.

My wife and I had a superb 4-day stay at Pale Hall. The staff are exceptional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The taster menus and paired wines, using local Welsh produce, were superb. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in the house are amazing. The room was clean and well laid out, with unique touches like a TV in the mirror. The food was lovely, always well presented, with a quick service. The turn down service with soft music playing was a nice touch. We've already booked our stay for next year and are looking forward to it.

our second stay in bala couldn't have been better. pale hall exceeded all expectations on our honeymoon. from the enchanting location and gorgeous building to the attentive staff and delicious food, everything was pure magic. our hearts are forever bound to this place.

What a fantastic Christmas I had at this hotel! the beautiful rooms were a delight, and I loved waking up to a cappuccino in bed. the staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. the location was perfect for exploring the stunning scenery of North Wales, and the delicious breakfast set me up for a day of adventuring. One of the best aspects was the attention to detail, like the dog bathrobe and the original bath used by a famous historical figure in the en suite.

I only had a minor issue with some mix-ups regarding the tasting menu. This was just a small hiccup and didn't affect my overall enjoyment of the meal or my stay at the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Pale Hall, our own country manor for the night. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The building and grounds were stunning, with beautiful decor and attention to detail. We were greeted with complimentary champagne and enjoyed a guided house tour. The breakfast and room service were first class, with attentive staff. The Bistro had excellent food and service. a fantastic experience deserving of its place in the "Relais et Chateaux" listing.

Spent Xmas weekend at a stunning hotel near a gorgeous lake. the decor is out of this world, with antique furniture and beautiful fittings. the food is absolutely amazing and locally sourced ingredients are used, which made it even tastier. the staff was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. the hotel organised a secret santa which was a really nice touch. Our room was spacious with a great view of the countryside.

The cost was quite high and the options for vegetarian food were limited. the pillows were really hard which made it hard to get a good night's sleep.
