My recent stay at the hotel was fantastic! Center Silk Hotel & Travel is located in the heart of the action, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops just steps away. the service provided by the staff, especially Kathary, Jay, Hung, and Long, was exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and even surprised my son with a birthday cake. They even helped us navigate a roadblock to ensure our food delivery arrived. we had a warm and enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the city and close to all the attractions. Plus, it was just a short walk away from the bustling Beer St. which had great food and cheap drinks. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, especially Phoebe and Kate who gave us a map with recommendations for places to eat.

The city tour guide provided by the hotel was not very informative and required a lot of prompting to give us information. Additionally, the room layout was not ideal and the one switch that turned off all the lights was quite inconvenient.

We had an amazing stay at a centrally located hotel in Hanoi. the room was peaceful, perfect for a good night's sleep. As it was our honeymoon, the room was beautifully decorated. the staff, especially Jay, were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They even helped us book a fantastic cruise on Halong Bay and arranged free transport to the airport. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel and use one of the spa rooms to freshen up before our flight. Everyone was super nice!

We had a great time here. The location is in a party area with everything within walking distance. This made it really convenient for us to enjoy the local sites. The staff were also really helpful, and we enjoyed the room amenities, such as the electric blanket and mini-bar.

The staff is professional, friendly, and attentive to guests' needs, making the stay comfortable and memorable.

The staff at the hotel, especially Jay, Kathy, Phuong, and Minh, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us when our son fell sick. The hotel's location is close to beer street, which is vibrant and full of life. We requested a quiet room, and the staff arranged it for us, ensuring we had a pleasant stay. The hotel also provided a budget-friendly and fast laundry service. The soundproof windows were the best I've seen in Vietnam.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Our stay at Hanoi Center Silk Hotel & Travel was great, although the room was a bit noisy due to the busy street outside. They quickly resolved the issue and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

Great location in the heart of the old quarter, lots of dining and shopping options nearby. the breakfast included was delicious with a variety of Vietnamese and western dishes to choose from.

The hotel is in a busy area with quite a bit of noise from the nearby bars, which might disturb your sleep. the room was a bit small, but the comfortable bed and cleanliness made up for it.

This hotel has an awesome location right in the heart of the old quarter. It is very close to popular restaurants and many places to eat and drink. it is next to Hoan Kiem Lake where you can catch the open top double decker red bus tour of the city. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. They even provide fruit baskets and bottled water daily.

The traffic in the old quarter can be quite chaotic.
