We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, making us feel very welcome. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view. The hotel facilities, including the pool, steam room, and sauna, were luxurious and well-maintained. The location was perfect, being close to the station and right at the heart of the city, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy this city.

I had an incredible stay at a well-positioned hotel opposite Liverpool Street Station. The modern and state-of-the-art facilities, from the Dyson hairdryers to the spacious gym and stunning pool with a view, truly impressed me. The head chef's refusal to serve a dish due to quality issues showcased their commitment to excellence. The lamb dish I had instead was the best I've ever tasted. Even though there were a few minor issues with housekeeping and the afternoon tea's savory treats, the overall experience was fantastic. The signature sweets during the afternoon tea were a delightful surprise, and the flavors were refined and delicious. With its convenient location and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend this hotel. I'll definitely be returning to this remarkable establishment.

We had a luxurious getaway at this hotel with exclusive amenities and excellent service. the Spa & wellness centre offered a variety of treatments including body wraps, massages and facials. the infinity pool and sauna provided a tranquil oasis with stunning views of the city. We also enjoyed the restaurant's special diet menus and private facilities.

The only minor issue was the noise from the chairs in the room; however, this did not detract from our overall enjoyable experience.

pan pacific exceeded my expectations during this exploring town. the staff were outstanding, the room was beautiful and calming, and the pool facilities were a major selling point.

The Straits restaurant impressed us with its outstanding service and amazing food, while the beautifully designed rooms provided spaciousness and stunning views. The attention to detail was evident in the spotless housekeeping and the thoughtful gifts, like a toy for the children. The breakfast buffet catered to all tastes, and the swimming pool offered a relaxing retreat with its breathtaking view of the plaza.

It would have been even better if there were real milk provided in the rooms for tea and coffee.

Our room was beautifully designed, the bathroom was elegant and pristine, and the room service was excellent. the highlight for us was the pool, which stayed open until 10:00pm. We loved being able to explore during the day and then unwind in the pool in the evening. the changing rooms even had saunas and steam rooms, adding to the overall experience. the attention to detail throughout the hotel, with its Singaporean influence, created a soulful ambiance that set it apart from others. I highly recommend the Pan Pacific Hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious, peaceful, and thoughtful stay in London.
