Immaculate room, attentive staff. the comfy bed ensured a restful night, while the excellent dining experience with delightful breakfast options made me feel at home.

Everything was superb.

We appreciate the hotel's central location, just a short walk from major attractions and conveniently close to public transport. The facilities are top-notch, especially the luxurious pool with stunning views, and our room was beautifully designed with comfortable bedding and high-tech features.

Staff service at breakfast was a bit inconsistent during our stay.

The room was spacious with a lovely view of iconic buildings and an oh-so-cozy bed. The bathroom was absolutely divine, complete with bath salts for a luxurious soak. The staff were helpful, ensuring everything was just right during our stay.

But seriously, why were the dirty short glasses treated like fragile museum pieces? And don’t get me started on the hairdryer moving on its own. perhaps it wanted a permanent vacation in the bathroom!

the cleaning service was absolutely terrible, i found garbage still in my room after they'd supposedly cleaned it, how is that acceptable? plus, the food was horrendous. i woudl ve been very happy with a nice room upgrade or at least a small token for my troubles, but no! so disappointed. almost left a good review, but just couldn't.

Our deluxe room had the best city views plus it was super spacious—almost too much room for just the two of us! The heated bathroom floors were a nice touch. The bar had a chill atmosphere but the wine wasn’t what I expected for the price. Breakfast hit the spot, just took a bit to arrive.

the hotel is super close to liverpool street station, making it real easy to get around. loved the staff, they were chill and helpful. my room was spacious and quiet, comfiest bed i've slept in. the decor is real nice too, kinda fancy. pool was fun, but i wish it was warmer.

the breakfast was pretty overpriced for what you get and the sauna wasn't even warm when i went. also, i felt left out since i couldn’t go to the bars because of the age rule, which sucked.

this hotel is like a dream, the staff is super friendly and totally helped me feel at home. my room was amazin, heated floors and everything was so clean. the pool had the best views and the gym was impressive. i felt like royalty with all the help and attention i got. restaurant food was top-notch too, loved the desserts!
