I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Orem and it exceeded my expectations. The hotel was excellent, with modern decor and incredibly comfortable beds. The location, just off I-15, was very convenient. I also appreciated that the hotel was near the university, so there were plenty of late-night dining options nearby. The price was great too! I had a good night's sleep and overall, it was a fantastic value for the money.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express for a few nights while helping our daughter move to the city. The room was spotlessly clean and fresh, with good beds and linens. The hotel had plenty of social spaces in the lobby and dining room, with cozy fires. The email communication from the front desk was responsive and helpful. The staff graciously found us a pet-friendly room so our daughter's small dog could join us in the evenings. The breakfasts were excellent, with a variety of options including omelettes, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, as well as the usual continental items.

We recommend this hotel.

The room size was great and the beds were comfortable. the hotel provided an excellent breakfast with a wide variety of options. Additionally, the parking was ample and we had no issues finding a spot for our trailer.

The key cards/key readers were problematic and didn't work in the gym/pool area, causing inconvenience as we had to rely on the front desk to open the doors for us. It would be best to call ahead to ensure a smooth reservation process and room allocation.

We were impressed with the well-supplied room, including a nice bed and extra pillows. the addition of a wall thermostat for the window unit and continuous fan option were a pleasant surprise. We also enjoyed the hot mocha cocoa available at the all-night hot beverage station. our expectations were exceeded for a 2-star facility.

The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants, making it easy to find a place to eat. it is situated near a park where a softball tournament was taking place, providing entertainment for guests. the hotel is located in a beautiful area, offering scenic views of the Salt Lake City area.

The key cards/key readers need to be replaced, as they did not work in certain areas of the hotel such as the gym and pool.

The hotel had a great indoor pool, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. the sound insulation was exceptional, we couldn't hear any noise from the elevator or the corridor. the walk, in shower was a nice touch and the water quality was excellent. the breakfast spread was impressive, with bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, and even a one, touch automatic pancake machine!

There were a few downsides to our stay. the room reservation wasn't linked properly, so we ended up in a smaller room with a single bed and a small pull, out.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location. The staff at the front desk was exceptional, showing friendly and attentive service. They made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast provided was acceptable, although it was prepackaged due to the current situation. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We also appreciated being able to park close to our room, making it convenient for bringing in our suitcases.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel offered excellent food during our stay, especially the breakfast. They had a wide variety of options like scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, and even omelettes. the selection was well, stocked, warm, and very clean. Additionally, the location of the hotel was key. It was conveniently located near the places we wanted to visit, making it easy for us to explore the area. Lastly, the staff were friendly and accommodating. They allowed us a late check, out when we needed it due to a family emergency, showing understanding and compassion.

One downside was the discomfort of the sofa bed in the room. It was worse than the floor, and the regular bed was hard as well.

Gracious staff, pet-friendly floor, excellent breakfast with eggs, fruit, and yogurt, comfortable beds.
