The amenities provided, such as room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping, enhanced our comfort and convenience. We also appreciated the welcome drink and the variety of in-room facilities like the ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and mini-bar.

noisy party disrupted sleep

I had such a great stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, very close to Iron Bridge and Bliss Hill. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the view of the tired looking fountain in the garden with its dark green water. The breakfast was delicious and served efficiently. Plus, the hotel had a pool and jacuzzi, which were a real bonus. The facilities and room advantages really added to my enjoyment.

The only downside I encountered was that I forgot to ask for the WiFi code and couldn't reach reception on the phone. It would be helpful if the WiFi code was provided in the room or given to guests automatically at check-in.

Great location, easy to access popular attractions and key locations. Free Wi-Fi worked very well and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. the complimentary tea and coffee in the room was a thoughtful touch and breakfast had lots of options to choose from.

Our stay was marred by the constant noise from children in the swimming pool area, which was a disappointment as we wanted a relaxing break. our dining experience wasn't great due to the lack of vegetarian options and the poor quality of the food.
