The toast was often burnt and the fry-up was lukewarm. the layout of the food area was messy and guests were mixing and contaminating the food.

Some guests experienced difficulties with the AC in their rooms, resulting in discomfort during their stay.

The bed was comfy and there were plenty of pillows. the bathroom facilities were clean and well-maintained. It was nice to have an espresso machine and tea available in the room. the room had a plug-in heater provided since the heating didn’t work. the location was convenient and easy to find, with included parking.

Our particular room was not very good, as we had issues with the heating and shower drain. Despite reception trying to assist with a plug-in heater, the room remained cold throughout the stay and the shower took a while to drain which made us worry it might overflow.
