The staff at the reception between 1pm and 2pm were rude and lacked proper customer service skills.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it ideal to explore all the attractions and shops. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with a good size bed and minimal noise. Additionally, there are plenty of nearby restaurants and shops to choose from.

The bathroom could use some improvements, as the shower tray felt bouncy and unstable.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the location was ideal, right in the city center with its own car park, making it convenient for exploring Peterborough. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service, from the helpful and friendly receptionists to the attentive restaurant staff. Thirdly, the rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary facilities and boasted a comfortable bed, ensuring a good night's sleep. Lastly, the breakfast included in the rate was a standout feature, with a wide selection of options and delicious cooked dishes like scrambled eggs, all served in a pleasant dining area.

My recent stay at Park Inn in Peterborough was fantastic. I stayed for three nights for a wedding, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The breakfast staff and meal service were excellent, with attentive, friendly, and helpful staff. I especially loved the room entrance "hallway," which added a sense of space to the room and made it feel like a room and a half. The breakfast itself was delicious, with both continental and cooked options, and I appreciated the availability of coffee machines all day in the lounge. The room was well equipped with amenities like an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and even a small sewing kit. Toiletries were provided in the bathroom, including Dove washing gel and shampoo. The hotel itself was very clean, had good parking, and was conveniently located next to the town center. I had a great stay and would highly recommend Park Inn.
