I stayed at Studio Hotel Boutique as a stopover in Costa Rica and had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with amazing artwork, and the accommodations were spacious, modern, and clean. The breakfast buffet was varied and fresh, and the gym was a great bonus. Highly recommended!

Lovely gem near SJO: Unfortunately, the welcome drinks that were advertised were never offered to us. Additionally, a private event at the pool prevented us from using it during our short stay.

DISLIKED/ WORST ASPECTS: One of the main issues was the lack of affordable transportation to and from the airport.

As longer term business travelers, we really appreciated the spacious and modern design of the rooms at this hotel. The comfortable beds made us feel right at home. The convenient location near restaurants and malls was a bonus.

If you're in the Esczu area, you're close enough to everything you need to do in San Jose. The wifi connections in the room were weak and often unreliable, making it challenging to get work done while staying at the hotel.
