I recently stayed at the Mercure Hotel for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel was convenient and easy to reach. The pool and steam room facilities were great, providing a relaxing escape. The room itself was comfortable and had a spacious shower. I also appreciated the helpful assistance from Nico in resolving any minor issues. I would definitely stay here again, as the breakfast and quality of the room were excellent.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The size of the room was great, and the shower was awesome with excellent water pressure. The hotel itself seemed really nice, and the staff at reception were great too. We had requested a quiet room and were very pleased to have been accommodated. The hotel went above and beyond by providing breakfast earlier than usual to cater for early-morning competition participants, and they even served me a cooked vegetarian breakfast. The staff at this hotel were incredibly kind and went out of their way to send my daughter's forgotten lunchbox to us free of charge. Additionally, my daughter was able to enjoy the swimming pool, gym room, and restaurant even after checking out, which made her a very happy bunny.

Our room had a lovely modern interior and was immaculately clean, providing a comfortable and restful night's sleep on the spacious and cozy bed. The bathroom was well-equipped with quality fittings and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. The hotel's location close to shops and the motorway made it convenient for exploring the area. We greatly appreciated the excellent service provided by the bar staff, who accommodated our late arrival with fresh and delicious food. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

We did find a couple of minor inconveniences during our stay. The window let in cold air unless the curtains were kept closed, and we experienced some difficulties with the shower flooding.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The little unexpected extras made it even more enjoyable. The room was equipped with a mini fridge stocked with refreshing drinks and lotus biscuits. I was pleasantly surprised to find a Nespresso machine and pods available for use. The bathroom had little packets with essential items like a shaving kit, sewing kit, comb, shower cap, and soaps. The bed was super comfy, and there was even a fan in the wardrobe for those warmer nights. The location of this hotel was great, as it was within walking distance of the main shopping center. Additionally, the large TV in the room was a nice touch.

The rooms are modern but quite small, with a comfy bed and convenient USB charging and power sockets throughout. The restaurant offers good food, and the breakfast is diverse and tasty. The venue for the convention I attended was great, and having a ground floor room was convenient. I wish I had brought my swimming trunks to try out the pool and sauna.

The bed and pillows were the best I've experienced in a hotel, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The amenities provided, such as the in-room safe and mini-bar, were convenient and added to the overall luxury feel of the place.

Despite the positive aspects, I was a bit disappointed by the slow and unenthusiastic service at reception. However, this would not deter me from recommending this hotel to friends.

The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the staff, especially Attila and Abi, went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.
