Manon from guest relations made my proposal unforgettable by arranging beautiful decorations and complimentary champagne. The location and luxurious room were perfect for our special occasion.

service was sometimes slow, especially during peak hours. I loved how everything is within walking distance—Big Ben and the London Eye were just steps away. However, it can be quite noisy in the evening with bustling tourists.

The location is unbeatable! Stepping out to see Big Ben and the London Eye right there was a thrill. The room was spacious and well-kept. The staff were friendly and attentive.

The family studio was ideal for our trip, offering ample space for my wife, three kids, and me. We enjoyed the amazing views right from our window. This place is ideally located, with easy access to tons of attractions like the London Eye.

My wife says that the noise from nearby rooms made it hard to enjoy our stay.

the hotel is in a super spot, like realy close to major sights. staff were nice too, always tryin to help. my room had a cool view of the thames and even a bit of big ben. the lobby is super fancy and pretty, felt good walking in. comfy bed made my stay nice.

but breakfast was a mess and understaffed, so it was noisy and food was not hot. also, a few more outlets would have been great for charging devices.

The family studio was perfect for us, with a separate area for the kids and a microwave for easy meal prep. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast to start our day, though it got a bit busy. On the downside, the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking, affecting my sleep. Overall, I would definitely choose to return!

The pool, sauna, and steam room were spotless and modern. The check-in process took too long.

The spacious family suite had a breathtaking view of Big Ben and included a lovely kitchenette with a Nespresso machine. The festive lobby added charm to our stay.

Felt it like being home, no reason to complain.
