Great Location, Family Friendly with Excellent Kid Play Area

My recent stay at the hotel was highlighted by its fantastic location and the family-friendly atmosphere, with an excellent kid play area. However, the breakfast could be improved with more coffee machines to reduce waiting times.

My stay at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge was incredible, with breathtaking views of the London skyline from my suite. The city view and landmark view were truly impressive. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, providing exceptional service at every turn. I also loved the thoughtful touch of having an intimate space to relax and unwind at the hotel.

My stay was slightly marred by the inconvenience of not being able to access the hotel due to a pro Palestine demonstration.

I LOVED the stunning London Eye view from my room! Breakfast with the view of Big Ben Tower was unforgettable. Would choose it again. Even better in person!

The Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London was the perfect choice for our family trip to London. The room with two single beds and a sofa bed offered a beautiful view of Westminster Bridge and the Parliament, making our stay truly unforgettable. The hotel surprised my Mum with a delicious welcome cake for her birthday, a lovely added touch that made our experience even more special.

The room advertised a kitchenette with a mini-bar, but upon arrival, we found that it only had a 'cooler' that did not properly refrigerate. This was a bit misleading and caused some inconvenience during our stay.

Every visit, the staff swiftly resolved my room issue. The hotel offers Wi-Fi, 24-hour services, a fitness studio, spa treatments, and more. It suits me perfectly. Coming back for Christmas!

While the overall experience was fantastic, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. the check-in process could be smoother to avoid any confusion or delays, especially for guests arriving by car.

The shower head in the room was moldy and needs to be replaced. the water pressure on the 7th floor was not the best.
