My stay was fantastic, as it was just a short shuttle ride from the airport and close to several parks perfect for weekend strolls, like Town Center Park, which is only about 2 km away, making it ideal for relaxing walks in nature, and with great local shops and restaurants nearby, I found everything I needed just a few steps away; while the breakfast was delicious and the rooms spacious and clean, I wish there had been more variety in breakfast options, but that didn’t take away from the wonderful experience overall.

The room was large, clean, and extremely comfortable! I loved the indoor heated pool – perfect for a quick splash, even while traveling. The staff was super friendly and made my late check-in smooth and fun!

The hotel has a great shuttle service that runs early, perfect for catching those early flights! The staff was really helpful and let us check out an hour late due to our plane schedule.

Omg, the breakfast starting at 4am was a lifesaver before our early flight! 🌅 rooms were spacious 💫 with a cozy sitting area. Only downside - breakfast needed more fruit. Overall, a solid choice near the airport! 🛫

The family suite was spacious and overall comfortable. It had a king-sized bed in one room and two queen beds in another, along with two bathrooms. The space offered ample room for our family. The cleanliness of the room was a plus, although some towels had stains, which was disappointing. Temperature control worked well, keeping the room comfortable. Noise was an issue; doors slammed and could be heard throughout the night. The shower drain didn’t function properly, but staff offered to switch rooms or repair it, which unfortunately didn’t happen. Breakfast options needed improvement; they ran out quickly.

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was definitely a plus, and the well-stocked bathroom with ample towels and other amenities was a nice touch. The presence of a little coffee maker in the room was convenient for a caffeine fix in the morning. I did find the carpet in the room showing signs of wear and tear, with some areas where it was pulling away from the walls. the lack of curtains that fully blocked out the light from the parking lot made it a bit difficult to sleep in complete darkness. One of the major downsides was the noisy refrigerator that disturbed our sleep throughout the night. It would have been helpful if the front desk staff had reminded us to make a reservation for the morning airport shuttle, as we almost missed it due to this oversight. Despite the issues with the room, the breakfast spread was impressive, with delicious cheese omelets, breakfast biscuits, and sausage patties. The property's proximity to the airport was convenient for travelers like us. the noise from room doors banging shut all night was quite bothersome and affected our rest. In terms of service, there were some instances of mismanagement, like another family being given a key to our room while we were sleeping, causing a disruption. The unprofessional behavior of the staff member at the front desk was disappointing and left a negative impression on our overall experience.

Unfortunately, I was too stressed to appreciate it fully. Despite a great room, my shuttle wait exceeded 1.5 hours and led me to grab a cab. That was $45 I didn’t plan on spending. Check-in was chaotic, with a long line, and WiFi issues added to the frustration. Breakfast options fell short for health-conscious guests. A lack of fresh fruits and yogurt is disappointing. Potential exists here, but improvements are essential.

I had the worst experience at the front desk. The guy was super rude, yelling at me and refusing to give his supervisor’s name. I felt trapped in my room after that encounter. Definitely not returning—so uncomfortable!
