The reinvention of the brand continues to dazzle. From the moment you arrive, you feel like you're living the luxe life. the chic junior suite with fireplace had lovely views of the lake in the distance. the staff was very attentive and the concierge helped us get tickets for Hamilton. the location was surrounded by the best shopping and restaurants in town.

The room I booked was not what I received. It was smaller than pictured and didn't have the living room area as advertised.

As a budget traveler, I loved the affordable prices at the Waldorf. The staff was exceptional, making us feel like queens for the day. The location was perfect, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room was clean and elegant, with a balcony offering a great view. The late checkout of 2pm was a nice touch.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a cozy fireplace. The staff was welcoming and provided excellent service. The gym was well-equipped and even had peloton bikes. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts at the hotel's restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.
