The reinvention of the brand continues to dazzle. From the moment you arrive, you feel like you're living the luxe life. the chic junior suite with fireplace had lovely views of the lake in the distance. the staff was very attentive and the concierge helped us get tickets for Hamilton. the location was surrounded by the best shopping and restaurants in town.

The room I booked was not what I received. It was smaller than pictured and didn't have the living room area as advertised.

The rooms are excellent in terms of value and comfort. The maid service is awesome, and the staff, for the most part, is top-notch. Martin, the manager, is especially professional and took good care of us during our stay. The location is also perfect, with easy access to shopping, parks, outdoor dining, and the upscale vibe of the city.

I recently stayed at the Waldorf Astoria for a weekend getaway. The rooms were absolutely beautiful and the lobby was stunning. One unique feature that stood out to me was the gorgeous fresh flowers they had in the lobby. The spa at the hotel was also incredible, offering a blissful retreat for relaxation. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the room itself was immaculately clean and very comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the treadmill in the fitness center, which displayed scenic images during my workout. Another bonus was the hotel's convenient location, within walking distance to bars, restaurants, and stores. While the city view from my room could have been better, I still enjoyed standing on the balcony.

As a budget traveler, I loved the affordable prices at the Waldorf. The staff was exceptional, making us feel like queens for the day.
