Guests have mentioned how safe the area feels, and there is also a nearby pub called Real Farmers Arms. The rooms are spacious and equipped with a decent shower, offering a comfortable stay. Parking is ample and the staff is trustworthy, implying a safe environment.

The TV channels in some rooms may not work properly, which can be disappointing for guests who enjoy watching television during their stay.

The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We enjoyed a delicious continental breakfast in a lovely breakfast room. The B&B is situated in a picturesque setting, with village shops, eateries, and amenities nearby. It was a quiet and peaceful retreat, providing much-needed relaxation.

Plus, the beautiful surroundings added to the overall experience.

It's worth mentioning that soundproofing could be improved to ensure a more peaceful ambiance for all guests.

What a fantastic find! Parr Hall Farm in Chorley is a diamond that deserves more recognition. You won't be disappointed. The location is perfect for our needs, and the overall setting is quiet and peaceful. The farm has a rustic charm that adds to its appeal. Plenty of free parking available, beautiful surroundings, and easy access to the motorway. The buildings are also beautiful from the outside.

Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms with excellent ensuite. Plenty of variety for simple breakfast choices with free access to more in the communal area. Very quiet location not far from the M6. The town has more than enough pubs, restaurants, shops and a fuel station all within walking distance or a short drive. Ample free parking. Self-serve check-in and out but always available for any issues or questions. Decent wifi too.

We had a good night's sleep in the quiet area, and the bed was comfortable. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place for a weekend getaway!

The only minor issue we encountered was that the water in the shower wasn't very hot, leading us to have a lukewarm shower. Additionally, there was no option for a cooked breakfast, which is usually expected in most B&Bs or hotels.

Noisy fridge in room.

I've stayed at this great little oasis on the edge of town several times now. The location is perfect - right in the middle of Eccleston but still quiet and peaceful, with a lovely view of farmland. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and I love that they are happy to invoice us weekly for our work trips. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the shower is really hot. The continental breakfast provided in the room is a nice touch, with a good variety of fresh food available. it's excellent value for money and I highly recommend it. Plus, there's a chip shop and shop just a few minutes' walk away, which is convenient.
