Exceptional staff, serene ambiance, and delicious made, to, order meals made my experience memorable. Although the Ayurveda therapy fell short, the overall retreat from fast, paced life was rejuvenating. Will certainly return for the tranquil riverside escape.

The beautifully appointed rooms, delicious custom meals, and attentive staff, especially Justin, exceeded all expectations. The infinity pool and river views were simply breathtaking. Only downside was the slightly high prices and limited breakfast options, but overall a perfect retreat. Can't wait to return.

The breakfast offerings could be more diverse.

The kids loved the pool, swings, and hammocks. the staff were like family, the delicious food was a hit, and the green surroundings were peaceful. We even made some new furry and feathery friends!

My wife says that more elaborate play options for kids would be great.

Wow, what an incredible experience at this hotel! the staff - oh my goodness, they were like family. So attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was just perfect. the food was out of this world, seriously, I could not get enough of it. And the rooms, oh the rooms! Super comfy beds, and everything was so clean and tidy. And have I mentioned the beautiful view of the river from the verandah? It was breathtaking. the pool area was pristine, and I could just spend hours lounging around there. the whole atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing, I could have stayed forever.

If I had to nitpick, I would say that maybe adding more activities for kids could be a good idea. Although, even without elaborate play options, I'm sure they would find a way to entertain themselves with all the beautiful surroundings.

Chilling by the infinity pool and cracking jokes with the cool staff. the rooms were so boujee, felt like celebs! Food was fire! Boat rides and massages were on point. Views were off the charts!

Could use more fun activities for young party animals.

The view from the room was very beautiful and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the guided tours around the area and the delicious food offered in the restaurant. the pool was well-maintained, and the outside area was very spacious.

The price of the food was quite expensive, considering that there was no breakfast buffet available. there weren't many amenities around and the location was quite remote.

The location of this hotel is simply stunning, with its prime position right on the banks of the Periyar river. You can enjoy breathtaking river views and a serene and cooling sea breeze. The rooms are spacious and bright, offering a unique design and a balcony overlooking the river. The bathroom is well equipped and the shower is powerful. The customer service is excellent, with attentive and helpful staff. The breakfast is made daily with fresh local ingredients, ensuring a delicious start to your day.

Although the hotel offers a range of facilities, there could be more options for kids to keep them entertained.

This hotel is a truly luxurious escape, offering exclusive amenities that fulfilled my every need. From the professional service to the tranquil Spa & wellness centre, every aspect of my stay was perfect. the outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, complete with a Jacuzzi and stunning views of the picturesque garden area. the live entertainment was a pleasant surprise, and the massage at the Spa lounge was a true indulgence. the BBQ facilities and Infinity pool in the sun terrace were perfect for relaxing, while the sun loungers added to the luxury experience.

Although I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, there was a minor issue with the packed lunches. While the special diet menus were appreciated, the sandwiches in the packed lunch were not as fresh as I would have liked.
