The room we stayed in was quite nice, with a comfortable bed and a spacious shower room. the decor was pleasing and everything was kept clean. the location of the hotel was convenient for us, as it was close to a popular tourist attraction.

There were several aspects of our stay that we did not enjoy. the noise from the pub downstairs was extremely loud, especially during the evenings.

We had a great stay at a lovely inn in a convenient location. the room was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. the staff were helpful and the welcome was good. We even discovered that the inn was featured in a Simon Pegg film, which was a fun surprise. the locals were friendly and gave us great recommendations for shops and takeaways. We would definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

The hotel is in a great location for my needs the following morning. The rooms are always clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful, showing me to my room and even carrying my bags up the stairs, which was a big help for someone like me who struggles with stairs. We randomly picked this hotel for a quick stopover and it turned out to be a great choice! the rooms were spotless and recently refurbished, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed having a few drinks in the pub and loved the fact that it was featured in a famous movie. the locals were friendly and even gave us recommendations for local shops and takeaways. a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

One night, there were some rowdy locals in the pub garden, which was a bit disturbing. the pub played loud music until midnight, which could be heard from our room through the floors and windows.

Reception didn't expect us despite confirmation and payment taken 1 hour before arrival. The sat nav may not lead to the train station directly. Good parking situation, walkable distance to train station.

We were impressed with the attention to detail, as there was even a notepad and pen on the bedside table. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. We also appreciated the portable fan in the room and the bedside lamps for convenience. The location was great, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. we had a lovely quiet stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

stayed at a place in Welwyn Garden City before, but Pear Tree Inn blew me away! The chaps at check-in were friendly, the room was warm and cozy, and the shower was amazing. Plus, the downstairs bar serves outstanding Indian street food. Can't wait to go back!
