This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of town, close to the Norman Castle and right over the area where the celebrations were taking place. The service here is top-notch, with friendly staff at the reception desk who have a warm welcoming comfortable manner. The room amenities include ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a balcony or sitting area. With free Wi-Fi in the rooms and a flat-screen TV, I was able to stay connected and entertained during my stay. The dining options were also impressive, with a restaurant and a bar/lounge area where I could relax and enjoy a meal or drink. the location and service at this place were excellent.

I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful room I was given at Pelham House. The view from the window was breathtaking and the room itself was tastefully decorated with a touch of elegance. The gardens surrounding the hotel added to the overall charm and tranquility of the place. The restaurant served delicious meals and I couldn't resist going back for a birthday celebration. The staff I interacted with were attentive and made me feel well taken care of. I had a delightful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

It would have been convenient to have a quick bite to eat without having to venture out. parking was a bit challenging as there were limited spaces available in the car park.

The room in the annexe was modern, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the city, making it easy to access shops and restaurants. The breakfast was awesome and we particularly enjoyed the unusual and large kipper option. The staff, especially Emily, were extremely helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable.

I particularly enjoyed the lovely gardens at the back of the hotel, perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea in the afternoon.
