Last minute stay turned out to be a great decision! The property was clean and well-maintained, offering excellent value for money. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary Sunday checkout at 3pm, which is a rare find. the staff was incredibly friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Our room was not ready upon arrival, and there were no other rooms available. We had to change in the untidy room itself, and while we were out, they cleaned it.

The hotel had a cool modern and contemporary vibe, which extended to the lobby and general areas. The breakfast area had a unique vintage feel. The location was convenient, close to the railway station and shops. The room was spacious and had a nice, modern decor. The waterfall shower head had good pressure and the towels and toiletries were of good quality. The bar and overall decor throughout the hotel were pleasing.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The location of this place is perfect, as it is right in the center of town. I've stayed at Pentahotel a few times and it never disappoints. The location is perfect for my needs, with a secure car park nearby and a short walk to the train station. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was enormous. Even our baby had plenty of space to settle in and sleep comfortably. I appreciated the efficiency of the hotel, as well as the provision of a steam iron and ironing board. The bar had a nice ambiance and good music, making it a pleasant place to relax. a great hotel experience that I would recommend.

Fabulous hotel, quiet room, comfy bed, amazing air con, lovely staff.

It was all superb.

Great location near many attractions and restaurants. The hotel had spacious rooms with thoughtful design and plenty of plug sockets. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the bar had a cozy atmosphere.

Parking was a major inconvenience as it was a 5-minute walk away from the hotel. The check-in process was long and inefficient, with the receptionist providing incorrect directions to the car park and attempting to overcharge for the room and breakfast.

The complimentary chocolates and champagne were a nice touch to start off the New Year celebration. The hotel's location near the train station and nightlife was convenient for our plans. The breakfast was decent and fueled us for the day ahead.

The room lacked air conditioning which made it uncomfortable and stuffy. The noise from the street and neighboring venues kept us up all night, which was a huge disappointment.
