I recently stayed at Towneplace Suites in Chino Hills for a weekend getaway. The hotel management and staff put a lot of effort into keeping their guests safe and making them feel welcome. The lobby and public areas were bright, welcoming, and had a clean scent. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a complete kitchen. Breakfast was "grab and go. " I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Modern, clean, and well-equipped studio suite with friendly staff. Super accessible location for daily needs, with a nearby freeway and excellent brewery. The bedroom was clean and spacious, and the hotel had a nice patio and pool. They offered breakfast, had a spacious lobby, and the TVs had Netflix. The shower had good water pressure and there was ample parking.

We loved the modern facilities, spacious room with a kitchenette, and the nice patio and pool. The hotel had a welcoming lobby with plenty of space and friendly staff. The large TVs with integrated Netflix and the excellent water pressure in the shower were also highlights. Moreover, the hotel's location close to bars and restaurants made it convenient for dining options.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for our family Christmas gathering. the bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which was a great way to start our day without having to leave the hotel.

The hotel was located near a freeway, so there was some background noise, although it did not significantly disturb our sleep. However, if you are a light sleeper, it would be best to request a room away from the freeway.

I had the most wonderful stay at a hotel in the Chino Hills area. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel valued and welcomed. The room was modern and clean, with all the amenities I needed. Despite being close to the freeway, the noise was minimal and didn't affect my sleep. The location was also convenient, and the breakfast included was a great perk. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in the Chino Hills area.

The check-in process was a bit frustrating, as the staff was dealing with technical difficulties and it took around 20 minutes to complete. Furthermore, despite reserving a larger suite, we were given a smaller room.
