I had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in Cuernavaca. The room was spacious and had a beautifully tiled bathtub in the bathroom. The luxurious toiletries made me feel pampered. Even with my limited Spanish, I was able to request coffee delivery to my room. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of the main plaza and attractions. The bed sheets were incredibly soft, and the shower had powerful water pressure. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Spending my Thanksgiving at this beautiful colonial-style hotel was a great experience. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. the food was incredible, with a delicious traditional Thanksgiving meal and a range of mouthwatering Mexican dishes. the location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the main attractions. Plus, the stunning gardens and pool area were a great place to relax and unwind.

While the room itself was comfortable and clean, it did face a busy street, which made it a bit noisy at night. However, despite these small inconveniences, our stay at the hotel was overall a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

The hotel's location is superb, as it is centrally located and within easy walking distance to main sights, such as the Cathedral and the Robert Brady Museum. It is also situated on a beautiful and relatively quieter street, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Guests can enjoy the convenience of being close to all the attractions in beautiful Cuernavaca. The restaurant, Casa Hidalgo, offers delicious meals and adds to the charm of the hotel.

Some rooms may be affected by street noise and vibrations, so it is advisable to request a room away from the main road to ensure a quieter stay.

This hotel offers an exclusive and luxurious experience. the impeccable service provided by the staff is outstanding, always going above and beyond to fulfill every need. the outdoor swimming pool and garden area are stunning, the sun loungers and beach umbrellas provide a relaxing environment to enjoy. the spa centre is quite remarkable, providing exceptional massage services. The restaurant is amazing, it offers a great breakfast and in-room breakfast as well as refined dinners to relish. Cons: the noise can be a downside for light sleepers as the street can be noisy at times.
