Stayed at this hotel for a weekend trip. The rooms had a wonderful interior design that really brightened up the mood. The staff were nice and the facilities were great. Victoria Station was just a short walk away. The wifi was unbeatable, surprisingly fast and reliable. The bar downstairs had a decent selection of snacks. Plus, the room size was quite big compared to other hotels in the city. Lighting in the corridors and pool area was fab and created a calming ambiance. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had an amazing stay at Pestana! The room I stayed in was incredibly spacious and clean. The bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to leave. The bathroom had a shower, bath, and even a television. The location was perfect, with Battersea Power Station just 2 minutes away and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The housekeeping team was accommodating and always made sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location just off Chelsea bridge was perfect, in a good and safe area with the bus stop just a few paces away. We loved being on the river and enjoyed a pleasant walk along the Thames. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient, ensuring that we received the very highest calibre of service possible. The room was perfect, clean, and well-maintained with all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities. The bathroom was excellent, with a separate tub and shower, and the housekeeping was top-notch. We also appreciated the convenience of the on-site dining options, including the buffet breakfast and the restaurant. this venue provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay truly enjoyable.

We loved the location of this venue, it was in a great and safe area just off Chelsea bridge and the bus stop was a few paces away. It was easy to get around and explore this central area. The service from the staff here was excellent, from the room service to the housekeeping and laundry service, they were always available and very helpful. The room amenities were impressive, with a comfortable sitting area, terrace, lovely separate tub and shower, and soundproofed rooms. The welcome drink was also a nice touch. Additionally, the leisure spa & wellness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, and Turkish bath facilities were a great addition.

Highly recommended for family and friends who want a perfect and comfortable stay in a good area with outstanding and friendly service from the high-level staff.

The hotel's location is very convenient with easy access to Battersea Power Station tube station and buses to Victoria station and London. The room is modern and quiet, with beautiful views from higher floors. The breakfast has a great selection of hot and cold food and the staff are helpful. Additionally, the hotel has a lovely swimming pool and steam room for guests to enjoy.

The hotel appears to have outdated furnishings in some of its rooms, which may affect the overall comfort of the stay.

Great choice of food at breakfast, reasonably priced. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel rooms were modern, clean and well-equipped. Spa was amazing!

Had an amazing Xmas experience at a hotel recently. the location was perfect, close to restaurants and shopping centers. the room was clean and cozy, had a great view and included a large TV for entertainment.

The gym wasn't as well-equipped as I had hoped, but it was still functional. the shower pressure wasn't strong enough for my liking, which can be a personal preference.
