This hotel offers incredible value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is impressive, with basic amenities provided and rooms that offer a lovely view of the town. The location is also ideal, not far from the main street but up a hill, providing astonishing views across the town.

All was well during my stay.

I had a lovely stay at a hostel with an old-fashioned feel. The self-catering kitchen was well-equipped, and the views from the dining room were great. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the friendly staff were knowledgeable about the local area. I highly recommend this hostel for a nice stay.

Our stay at the hostel was incredible value for money. The room was clean and toasty warm, with fabulous beds and en-suite dorms. The location was perfect, perched on a hill with beautiful views of forests and spires. The staff were extremely pleasant and went out of their way to accommodate us, especially Dan who waited for us outside his shift to give us the keys.

The hotel breakfast menu could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

Almost perfect.

This hostel is in a great location, within easy walking distance of the downtown area and close to the main street. You can find good places to eat and explore the city without any hassle. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the dining room offers a lovely view over the town.

The drying room facility could be improved, as there was limited space for our wet gear and it was filled with hostel laundry.
