I had a wonderful stay at a stylish and prestigious apartment called Pochin House Collections. the place was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable. the bedrooms were nice and the facilities, including a bath, were great. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at Pochin House Collections. the accommodation was clean, private, and very luxurious. It had plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. We especially loved the beautiful beach recommended by the host, Polkerris. the locals were friendly, and the area wasn't too busy, with ample parking. We also had a great experience with Fowey Boat Hire, who provided an amazing self-drive boat for us to enjoy.

The apartment was incredibly clean and modern, making for a very comfortable stay. The secure parking and key location were perfect for exploring the area. Communication with the staff was great, ensuring a smooth experience. And the large rooms provided plenty of space, while the lack of noise from outside or other apartments ensured a peaceful atmosphere.

While minor, the kitchen utensils were a bit basic, with no cork screw available. We also found the amount of crockery and cutlery to be lacking, resulting in daily dishwasher use.

I recently stayed at Pochin House in St Austell for a few nights and I couldn't have been happier with my stay. The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and spacious. The grounds were well maintained and the views of the sea were lively and stunning. The owners provided great communication, with clear and concise instructions for directions and access. I would absolutely recommend Pochin House and will definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

I do recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the rooms were modern and spacious. We appreciated the secure parking and the hotel's perfect location. The communication with the staff was great, and there was absolutely no noise disturbance from other apartments or outside. It was a truly comfortable and enjoyable experience.
