I stayed at this amazing B&B for a few days and it was perfect. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options and made to order. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the shower and bath were fantastic. The staff were friendly and the location was ideal, with easy access to Keswick and the surrounding lakes and towns. Highly recommend!

My recent stay at Powe House in Keswick was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The room was incredibly cozy, comfortable, and warm - perfect for a good night's sleep. The location of the B&B was ideal for exploring the beautiful Lakes District, with easy access to various attractions. The breakfast menu was diverse and truly amazing, offering something for everyone's taste. The hosts were incredibly helpful, providing valuable information about the local area. I cannot fault Powe House - it truly exceeded my expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in the Lake District. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby mountains and enjoying a peaceful escape from the busy town center. We particularly loved the convenience of having a Tea Shop at the bottom of the hill, where we could unwind and enjoy a hot drink. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and they were always friendly and helpful. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a cozy sitting area. We also appreciated the patio where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for enhanced comfort and quality services.

I recently stayed at a calm, quiet, and pretty property for a relaxing getaway. Powe House Bed & Breakfast was within walking distance to Keswick and a short drive to other villages and attractions. The owners were friendly and provided helpful advice without being intrusive. The breakfast was generous with plenty of options, and the garden was a lovely addition. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower had great pressure, which is rare in older houses. it was a great stay with everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Warm and friendly welcome from the hosts who were knowledgeable about the local area. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and the breakfast was great. Also, loved the location, with easy access to the Northern Lakes and a lovely walk into the nearby town.

The TV reception was unreliable, but thankfully there was free WIFI available. Additionally, the nearby pub wasn't serving food during our stay, although there were other dining options in the area.

Had an Easter break and stayed in a hotel that had really friendly staff, which was a nice experience. the rooms were extremely big and had a comfortable bed. the hotel was in a great location, with easy access to all the different tourist attractions in the area. parking was not an issue at all, which made it really easy to come and go as we pleased.

The breakfast options were not great, and there was no healthy option for us to choose from. We didn't like that the room was near the main road, it was very noisy and made it difficult for us to sleep well.

the staff at Powe House Bed & Breakfast were incredibly friendly and made me feel well taken care of, while also giving me the freedom to explore on my own. It's a fantastic place for solo travelers, with its peaceful surroundings and plenty of activities nearby. the food served was absolutely delicious, especially the beautifully cooked and presented breakfast. One of the highlights of this location is its proximity to several fantastic walking routes, perfect for those who love fell walking. Plus, with Keswick just a short walk away, there's no need for a car. I highly recommend the Farmers Arms pub, just around the corner, for tasty evening meals and a great selection of beer. a highly recommended place to stay with lovely hosts, comfortable rooms, and an amazing breakfast menu.

The breakfast is outstanding, with a variety of options including local sausage and bacon. the homemade packed lunch is perfect for a day of hiking.

The value for money at Powe House was excellent, with a spacious and comfortable room that exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful Lake District. The staff, especially Andrew and his wife, were incredibly warm and hospitable, making us feel right at home.
