The grounds were breathtaking, and the staff was attentive, but the crowded bar and limited breakfast options left room for improvement. Spa treatments were a highlight, providing a nice escape during our stay.

The staff truly made our stay memorable, providing great service and attention. The breakfast spread was a delightful treat and the spacious Junior Suite we received after an upgrade exceeded our expectations.

However, the bar area was perpetually crowded, making it hard to find a seat. Also, while the food was generally good, some inconsistencies with meal quality, like the pizza, left us a bit disappointed.

The spa experience was exceptional, with professional staff ensuring a relaxing atmosphere that truly elevated our stay.

the room service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, especially gerard, who was very attentive. the dining options were varied and the in-room breakfast was fantastic (loved the pastries! ).

Spent a couple of days that felt almost heavenly! the staff were genuinely friendly, always ready with a 'there are no problems, only solutions' vibe.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but overall still acceptable.

the check in was an absolute disaster, forcing premium guests like me to wait in line with a bunch of wedding crashers. where was my special treatment? to top it off, there were tears in the carpet outside the lifts—a true trip hazard! i almost considered giving a good review but just couldn’t, absoluteley appalling!

The wedding noise was unbearable and clearly not considered for room assignments!!! The decor felt mismatched in parts!!! The bar area is always overcrowded. a clear seating strategy is necessary!!!

The room was HUGE with a lovely view of the garden! Dinner at the Canopy restaurant was DELICIOUS! ! The breakfast selection really stood out. it was diverse and well-presented. Overall, the hotel had fantastic leisure facilities.
