The location of this hotel is top, notch, just a stone's throw from Paddington Station and close to Kensington Gardens. You can easily walk to Hyde Park within 5 minutes , great for a relaxing stroll. the staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. the rooms are sparkling clean, even with ongoing renovation works , they really pay attention to detail.

The rooms are a bit on the small side and ventilation could be improved.

Our room was uncomfortably small with a bed that felt like a children's bed. the curtains didn't fit properly, letting in light. Despite the high price, the room lacked essential amenities. the location was fantastic, with easy access to shops and transportation. I'll recommend this hotel.
