Lovely stay by Lake Windermere! We spent a week at this accommodation and it was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect - just across the road from the lake. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. Would definitely return!

The hotel is very well placed for visiting other places in the Lake District. It is located in a quieter area, which we loved. The staff were friendly and the rooms had good facilities, including a full kitchen.

Fab location, just a short stroll to the lakeside for boat trips and bus stops. Also loved the warm touches like the Xmas tree and crackers. Clean and comfy apartment with spacious rooms. Likes: Compact and clean rooms with well-equipped kitchen. Best part: Availability of pool and jacuzzi. Great place to stay for our Xmas vacation!

The hotel is in a perfect location, right next to the lake, allowing easy access to boat trips on Lake Windermere. The room was clean and comfortable, with amenities such as a microwave and fridge provided. The staff were friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The location was absolutely incredible, right by the lake and conveniently close to the town center. Having a dedicated parking space was a huge plus, saving us money on parking fees. the apartment itself was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. the view from the apartment was stunning, overlooking the beautiful landscape of the Lake District. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to assist us.

The heating in the room was controlled by the office, which was quite inconvenient as we had to keep asking for it to be turned on, especially during winter. we were unable to connect to the wifi, which was a disappointment as we rely on it for staying connected and planning our activities.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a quieter area of the Lake District, which we absolutely loved. It is well placed for visiting other places in the region and offers great value for money. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring that every detail is taken care of. Loved the great room and facilities! the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room had a fridge and microwave, plus extras like free milk, chocolates, biscuits, and hot chocolate. the location was just perfect for us - not right in town, but a quick 5-10 minute walk to everything. Plus, being right next to the lake was a fantastic bonus. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, even letting my sister back into the room after we checked out so she could change after getting soaked by a car on the way back from town.

The decor was a bit dated and could use some new paint on the walls. the bathroom had a strong urine smell when we arrived, which put us off a bit, but the staff were quick to address the issue.
