I recently had the pleasure of staying at a waterfront hotel in Miami. The location was perfect, right on Biscayne Bay with a stunning view. The hotel is conveniently located near a Free Citywide Trolley bus stop, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast options in the same building were plentiful and delicious. I also loved the fact that the hotel was close to Wynwood, downtown, and Miami Beach, allowing for easy access to all the attractions.

I did notice a minor issue with the outdoor pool area being somewhat neglected.

The DoubleTree facility was stunning with amazing views of Biscayne Bay. The free room upgrade to one with a balcony allowed me to enjoy beautiful sunrises over the water and city skyline. The bed was also extremely comfortable. There was a Metromover station next door for easy downtown access, and a bus station for convenient travel to South Beach. The on-site restaurants provided a variety of delicious options. The hotel facilities included a marvelous pool, spa, free computer use, and an excellent gym.

Felt so relaxed, no reason to complain.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff at the front door. The room was beautiful and spacious, with a breathtaking city view from our condo. The hotel's location was also a big plus, with easy access to transportation and a variety of shops in the nearby food court. The concierge was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area, making recommendations for entertainment. the professionalism displayed by the front office desk and the friendly staff made my stay enjoyable.

The staff at Doubletree By Hilton was incredibly accommodating and friendly. When I had an issue with the hand shower in my room, they quickly responded and tried to fix it. The location of the hotel was perfect for me, as it was close to my family and M.Pace Park. I also loved that there was a trolley nearby, making it easy to explore Biscayne Blvd, midtown mall, and Wynwood. The property was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

I recently stayed at this venue and it was an excellent experience. The location was perfect, right on the bay and close to Port of Miami. The staff were very friendly and provided helpful and courteous service. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious and had everything I needed such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities and a mini-bar. The amenities were fantastic; there was room service, car hire, laundry services and tours/ticket assistance. The hotel also had a great restaurant and bar with special diet menus. The outdoor heated swimming pool and sun terrace provided a perfect place to relax.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family.

I recently stayed at Doubletree By Hilton in central Miami for a few nights. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring downtown and taking the bus to South Beach. The variety of restaurants on site made dining convenient and enjoyable. The facilities, including the pool, spa, and gym, were well-maintained and provided great amenities. My king room with a balcony was spacious and had a stunning view of the bay. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The shops downstairs added to the overall convenience of the hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our city break. It was away from the noise but still had a lovely bay view. We booked a water view room and it was worth it. We could even walk to the nearby park in the morning, which was a nice way to start the day. Another advantage was that South Beach was just a short bridge away, so we could easily explore the area without staying in the hustle and bustle.

There were a couple of things that were disappointing about our stay. the valet service could be improved.

The location was busy but convenient and we appreciated the restaurant and mini mart on the property. I recommend this hotel for families and groups.

Enjoyed the complementary breakfast and the use of the fitness center. the hotel’s location was perfect, close to popular attractions and public transportation. the room had a stunning view of the bay, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

The unexpected valet fees charged without knowledge. the communication from the hotel staff was not helpful and it took time to rectify the error.
