The location of the hotel was fantastic, being right opposite the train station in the heart of Leeds. The rooms were clean, spacious, and modern, offering a luxury break away. The staff were attentive and prompt in handling any issues that arose. The apartment had all the necessary facilities and provided a comfortable stay.

There was some noise on Friday nights due to the central location.

Comfy beds and nice touches with the loaf of bread, milk, butter, and jams. The staff was very helpful and polite, and the rooms were warm, cozy, and soundproofed.

The air conditioning was very noisy and the curtains didn't completely shut out the lights from the street. There were no plugs near the mirrors in one of the bedrooms for using a hairdryer.

The bathroom was equipped with lovely L'Occitane toiletries and even had a pot of cotton wool, which was a nice touch. The staff, from reception to maintenance/housekeeping, were all friendly and attentive. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The apartment was huge and had a great location in the city center. It was walking distance to the train station, shops, and the theater. The sitting area was comfortable and the bedroom and bathroom were both spacious.

there was initially seating for three instead of four in the apartment, although the staff were able to move us to a larger apartment immediately.
