The location of Queens Hotel is unbeatable, right in front of the sea. The spacious car park at the back of the hotel is convenient and secure. The room I stayed in was spacious and had a pleasant outlook. The bathroom was modern and spacious. The restaurant offered a lovely view of the sea. The hotel is gradually being improved, which promises a better guest experience. I will recommend this hotel.

We had a relaxing three-night stay at The Queens Hotel. Our room on the promenade offered a unique experience with crashing waves and rumbling thunder, creating a heavenly atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel like the only guests. The food was excellent, with a diverse menu. The hotel's location, right in front of the water and boardwalk, provided stunning views, including St Michaels Mount on clear days.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The hotel location was inconvenient, with a long walk from the train station. the room was in desperate need of an overhaul, with shabby furniture and carpets. the shower had low pressure and lukewarm water. the decor was tatty, with peeling paint. the single glazing windows made it noisy from the traffic below. the hotel was far too expensive for its condition and fell below expectations.

The only positive aspects were the nice breakfast, comfortable bed and pillows, and the functioning TV. the staff were okay and the bathroom and towels were fine.

the queens hotel exceeded my expectations in every way during my recent stay in penzance. the comfortable bed, sea view, and traditional large bathroom made for a relaxing break. the friendly restaurant staff and the very clean room and bathroom added to the overall enjoyable experience.

The sea view from our room at Queens was absolutely breathtaking. We were mesmerized by the ever-changing water patterns and the soothing sound of the crashing waves. It truly felt like a tranquil paradise. The dining room was flooded with natural light from the super large windows, creating a delightful atmosphere. The food at the hotel was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the evening meals in the restaurant. The bar was well stocked, and the comfortable leather sofas provided the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a drink. The location of the hotel was excellent, right opposite the promenade, making it very convenient for exploring Penzance and nearby Newlyn. The staff at Queens were friendly and attentive, and we were particularly impressed with the barman who provided top-notch service every evening. The hotel is full of character and charm, which added to our overall experience. With all these wonderful features, we wholeheartedly recommend Queens Hotel for a delightful stay.

The hotel is in a great location, right on the seafront with stunning views directly to the ocean. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Treated like VIP's upon arrival, tidy and clean hotel, clear directions from reception staff, no problems with check-in, delicious and plentiful breakfast, friendly and attentive serving staff.

Had a decent thanksgiving, stayed at a hotel with a fantastic view of the sea. the rooms were spacious and the high ceilings add to the vintage vibe. Plus, there were two complementary treats available which made the stay enjoyable even though we didn't get to enjoy them. the location is great too, easy to find and it has a parking lot.

The continental breakfast they served was horrible though, only had toast bread, no good fresh bread or croissants. the bathrooms could use a renovation as well, they need to be modernized ASAP.

This hotel is perfectly located on the seafront with stunning views. The staff were very friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our room had a lovely view and a great ensuite shower bathroom. The breakfast included in the rate was delicious with a varied cooked and cold foods on offer.
