Perfect location, right in the city center. the room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. the breakfast offered a good variety and was satisfying.

Instead, we were given uncomfortable fold-out beds. the staff were unapologetic and did not provide a satisfactory solution.

Fantastic location, very close to the city centre. Communal areas very clean and modern. Bathroom in the room was very clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was a nice size, it was great to have a separate sleeping and sitting area. Everything was comfortable, from the bed to the sofa. There was also plenty of storage which would have been great for a long term stay. The shopping centre is across the road.

They even provided us with complimentary drink vouchers. The hotel had a great location near Motorpoint arena and St. David's Shopping Centre. The view from the room was lovely, and the bathroom was impressive. Breakfast had a great selection of hot food and fresh orange juice, and the breakfast staff handled the Sunday morning rush with efficiency and professionalism.

Xmas at this hotel was a blast! Likes about the room were the clean comfy bed that we loved to chill in and the modern bathroom that was always gleaming. We also enjoyed the two complementary facts offered in the room that made our stay even sweeter. the location was great, we could easily walk to nearby shops and restaurants without needing to take a taxi. the ability to stream movies from our mobile to the TV was a nice feature that we appreciated.

Dislikes were the outdated furnishings that didn't match and felt out of place. the room had a couple of stains on the carpet, and we only found two small pillows, so we had to ask for more.
