the hotel claims to be upscale, but my room was dated and stained, not to mention the noisy boiler keeping me awake. expected a complimentary upgrade for the hassle but was totally ignored. also, the state of the carpets shows a complete lack of care. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Cardiff, with quick access to nearby attractions. My stay was made special by the staff's attentive service and a delightful breakfast that exceeded my expectations. I felt welcomed and valued throughout my time here.

I was absolutely appalled by the complete lack of customer care during my stay. Housekeeping clearly needs a lesson on cleanliness as my first room was disgustingly unclean, and the air conditioning was about as effective as my patience. Hard to believe this is supposedly a Radisson. A complimentary upgrade woudl ve been nice, but nope, just no special treatment at all.

The location couldn't be better—just a quick walk from the train station. My room on the 16th floor had a stunning view, and it was super clean and spacious. Breakfast was decent with good fruit and pastries, although the cooked stuff missed the mark for me. The check-in process took longer than I'd hoped, but the staff was really friendly.

The location near Cardiff Central Station and the St David's Centre was perfect for my plans. The staff were friendly, and the bathroom amenities were satisfactory. Although the room was spacious, it showed signs of wear, with some maintenance needed. Breakfast was a joy, truly a highlight of the visit.
