As a party person, we found a great location to stay, surrounded by cool bars and restaurants with easy access to everything we needed. The hotel had a helpful staff and a decent breakfast with vouchers for an old school diner next door. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the extra touch of two new bottles of water every day was nice. Unfortunately, the restaurant nearby had very limited choice, but the location improvement was unmatched. we had a good value for money with everything we expected from the hotel.

The location of Touchstone Hotel - City Center was excellent, with many attractions and activities just a short distance away. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the fact that I could store my luggage before check-in time and explore the city. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its great location and helpful staff.

My daughters and I had a great time at this cute, quirky hotel. The modern upgrades mixed with the old charm gave it a unique feel. The room was clean and had huge windows that let in lots of daylight. We loved the complimentary bottled water and the friendly service from the staff. The location was perfect, with easy access to Union Square, hop on hop off buses, and nearby shopping and dining options.

The staff at Touchstone Hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay with our family a great experience. The rooms were clean and there was extra security with the requirement of a room key to enter the building. The hotel also provided ear plugs for the street noise, which is expected in a bustling city like SF. The Starbucks next door and the Honey Honey Cafe & Crepery around the corner were convenient and served delicious breakfast. a great value for the money paid and perfect for conference goers.

We also appreciated the convenient parking options and the fact that the hotel was situated in front of a night club, adding to the lively atmosphere of the city. The breakfast provided was delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the food. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing location, just a block away from the bustling Union Square. Walking distance to everything you need, including shopping and dining options. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. the rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a good hair dryer. the breakfast at the neighboring diner was delicious, and the fact that there was a discount offered made it even better.

The room size was a bit small compared to some others in the hotel. Also, there was some noise from construction works happening outside during the night, and the windows didn't provide the best insulation.

The service at this hotel was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. the location couldn't have been better, with easy access to all the attractions in the city. the price was extremely affordable, especially considering how expensive the city can be.

The room I initially stayed in had a strong odor of cat urine, which was quite unpleasant. the shower facilities were also not ideal, with a tiny bathroom/shower combo and no door on the shower, only a curtain.
