I absolutely loved my stay at Ragged Hall Lane! Viv, the owner, was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The beautiful property had a cottage feel with modern decor and furnishings. My single room was perfect, clean, and had everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast provided was delicious and plentiful. I also appreciated Viv's knowledge of the area and her assistance with any questions or concerns I had. I would strongly recommend Ragged Hall Lane to anyone visiting the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with a tidy and clean room and a beautiful shared bathroom. The hotel facilities were great, with a comfortable bed, a TV, tea and coffee facilities, and even biscuits! The location was perfect for us, within walking distance of the city center and close to a bus stop. The breakfast was delicious, with a full English breakfast and great service from the friendly staff.

The location was perfect, allowing me to explore the charming city of St Albans and even take a day trip to London. my stay was fantastic and I highly recommend this hotel.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks during my stay. It would have been nice to have a choice of white or brown toast at breakfast, and the bacon was a bit thin and hard when cooked.
