Lovely big double room with fantastic view over the water and bridges. Great location for all attractions. Breakfast was delicious with multiple choices of milk for non-dairy drinkers. Staff very friendly and helpful, including a young girl who quickly arranged for a broken lock to be fixed. As guests with disabilities, we were provided with a spacious room and a walk-in shower, which was greatly appreciated.

The second room we were given was clean and comfortable, a vast improvement from the first room which had spiders and webs. One highlight was the delicious dinner we shared in the hotel's restaurant, where the waiters Daniel and Tome made us feel incredibly comfortable, especially considering my brother's disability. This memorable experience is one of the reasons we plan on returning next year.
