We appreciated the convenient parking options provided by the hotel and the easy access to transportation. The location was perfect, with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance, as well as the beautiful beach and other attractions nearby. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel had some great amenities, like multiple charging points next to the bed and a bar fridge in the room. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the location was ideal, just a short walk from the seafront.

Parking in the area was quite difficult, although the hotel did provide precise instructions which were helpful. the room we stayed in was on the smaller side, but it still had everything we needed.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, just outside the center of town but still close to all of Brighton's main attractions. We loved taking a leisurely walk along the beach to get to the city center and explore the Royal Pavilion and the Lanes. The service from the staff was impeccable, with friendly and accommodating hosts who made us feel right at home. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed including ironing facilities, a sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also had a lovely terrace where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful weather.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, being just off the seafront and close to all the attractions in the area. Although parking in the surrounding area can be a bit tricky at times, it is manageable.

The room was nicely decorated with a comfy bed and a great view of the city skyline. the complementary chocolate and coffee were a nice touch. the hotel's location was close to a lot of restaurants and bars, which made it easy to grab a drink or bite to eat. the late check-out time was great for our romantic escape, allowing us to enjoy the room for a little longer.

The noise from outside made it hard to sleep. the room was also quite small, and it was a tight squeeze for two people and our luggage.

The owners and staff made us feel very welcome. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and they offered an excellent breakfast with a good choice, including vegetarian options. The attention to detail was great, with complimentary snacks and a parking pass for the streets. We also appreciated having Lea & Perrin's available at breakfast.

The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the extra towel I requested after completing a half marathon. I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
