We had a wonderful stay at the 14th century Rhydspence Guest House. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy and full of character. We felt very welcome and comfortable throughout our two-night stay. The rooms were comfortable, albeit a little quirky with sloping floors and a low doorway to the bathroom. The highlight, however, was the delicious food. The breakfast and dinner were of excellent quality, with a good variety of choices. It was evident that the meals were made by a skilled chef on the premises. the value for money was decent, and we would happily stay here again.

As those taking off early, we were pleased with the excellent quality dinner and breakfast. The food choices were good, not excessive, and clearly made on the premises by a skilled chef. The staff made us feel very appreciated and the hotel is situated in a great location for visiting various attractions in the area, including the Brecon Beacons, Hay on Wye, Hereford. The traditional bar with a log fire and friendly staff provided a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were firm and comfortable.
